6x1 Waterford

My Waterford is now a 6x1. The front wheel has an older DA hub on a Mavic wheel and the rear has a new Phil hub made to be used with a 6 speed freewheel. The used an older crank because of the star shape. I had a barend shifter put on for the shiftingof the 6 speeds. The Brooks saddle and saddle bag make it easy to use for an all day ride.

I heard that a 6x1 is the perfect chainline?
