Thanks very much for such an entertaining and inspiring site. I'm finally getting around to making my first submission.

Here's my 1990 Bridgesone RB-1. There are very few stock parts on this bike as it was built up from a frame I purchased via eBay--just the Hatta headset and Suntour GPX BB are original.

The rest is mostly period Suntour:

Drivetrain: Shifters, Front & Rear Derailers are Superbe Pro 7 speed with a New Winner freewheel and a Sram 9sp chain (which shifts perfectly with the Suntour bits in Accushift mode)
Brakes & Levers: Old-style Superbe
Crankset and rings: Suntour Sprint
Wheels: Mavic Open 4 CD (with old-style reprinted Mavic decals instead of the ugly yellow ones that peeled off) on Mavic hubs and Continental 700/28 tires
Seatpost: Shimano 600 aero
Stem: Nitto as is the Noodle bar
Saddle: A regular B-17 Standard
Pedals: MKS
