Hello Jim,

Here's some updated photos of my Rivendell Bleriot photographed in front of a red iron fence on a Bed Stuy Brooklyn stoop. Ê

I've had this bike now for over a year and it has sustained new york cities battered, pot hole ridden streets like a champ. ÊI travel about 16 miles a day and the Bleriot's 650B's and Brooks sprung saddle are just about my best friends. ÊI did a lot of saddle bag research before deciding to purchase a Baggins Country bag from Rivendell (recently discontinued). Êthe bag supportÊ I went with is the Velo Orange "Viva" rack. ÊMy seat was too high to allow it to sit on a standard big nitto rack. ÊThe Viva allows me to easily adjust the height of the support and also is easy to lock up with a whip rope (you gotta lock EVERYTHING in this city).

In the 12+ months I've had this bike it hasÊ certainly received it's fair share of chips and dings, which in my opinion adds to it's charm. ÊThe wheels haven't needed one single adjustment since the day first sat on this bike (thanks to Rivendell's - Hands on Wheels). Ê Heck Yeah.

Thanks
