Hi,

Love your website.

Here is my mid-70s Panasonic Professional. The paint is very faded and I stripped all the decals off. It has the original black Dura-Ace group, except for a few bits, which I detail below. I ride this one for general recreation and fitness, club riding, etc. The ride is incredibly smooth and comfortable--probably the most comfortable bike I've ever ridden.

Here are the details:
Frame: 25" 4130 double-butted CrMo
Saddle: Brooks B-17 standard Seat post: no-name aluminum single bolt (hated original two-bolt Campy copy)
Handlebar: Nitto Dream bar 44cm, double wrap of cotton tape
Stem: Nitto Technomic Deluxe, 10cm
Brake levers: Tektro
Shifters: old Suntour bar cons
Headset: original black Dura-Ace (worn out)
F. derailleur: original Dura-Ace
R. derailleur: original Crane
Crankset: original Dura-Ace w/original black 52 ring and replacement silver 39
Freewheel: Sachs 13-28
Pedals: MKS rat traps, Soma double gate clips, Christophe black leather straps
Brakes: original black Dura-Ace
Rims: Araya 27 x 1-1/4
Hubs: original black Dura-Ace high flange
Tires: Panaracer Pasela, 27 x 1-1/8 (I haven't measured, but they look as fat as 1-1/4)
