Here is an old frame with up-graded components, both old and new. The serial number JG806795 indicates a manufacture date of 7/73; however, the color scheme suggests a 1976 model. I assume it is a superior model as it has no kick-stand braze-on like the sports tourer model. I rebuilt the wheels with new spokes. The tektro brakes are a big impovement. I have some better brakes levers to add; then cable to the rear brake and that should be most of the project.
