I just recently got this E-Bay find back from the bike shop. It's a 1974 Carlton made Raleigh International. It's mostly original equipment except for the Campy brakes and new Sunshine wheels. The rest of the components are Campagnolo Nuovo Record. The seat is an old Brooks B-17 and the bar and stem are Cinelli. It's a great smooth ride even after all these years!
