I built this 70's Schwinn Continental to use as a commuter to and from work, and it works perfectly. The frame and fork were originally yellow, and I had Denver Bumper works powder coat the frame saftey orange and the fork matte black. I also installed an adapter to the bottom bracket to accept a three piece crank. Currently the bike weighs 25.8 lbs.

I am running a 48 tooth crank and a 16 tooth cog with a flip flop hub. Wheels are TEC9.
