1981 Trek 412 (22.5")

I bought it as a complete bike, all original including tires, for $250. After a variety of configurations, I ended up with what you see here:

SR Randonneur bars
Suntour Sprint brakes with lots of electrical tape on the hoods
Panaracer Pasela tires on 27" wheels (rear has flip/flop Suzue) MKS Touring pedals + knee savers
Original SR crank with a ground down chainring as a guard
Brooks B.17 Saddle Rivendell Baggins Little Joe saddlebag Huret Multito odometer Generic kickstand
SKS fenders (not pictured) Union/Basta BB dynamo + light (not pictured) It's by far my favorite bike.

I plan to change the wheels in the future, but that's it.
