Jim,

I have attached a few photos of my Rivendell Rambouillet; I purchased the frame as a gift for myself when I finished business school in 2003. My wife's response "Oh God, not another bicycle!" As you can see from the beausage this bike gets regular use.

The brake calipers (I was told) are mid-70s Campy Record that came from a bike a coworker found in a dumpster. The wheels (Phil hubs & Mavic MA-2 rims) came from my Rivendell Cyclocross bike. The bike has an early Rivendell lugged stem and a Ritchey triple crankset. The Mark's Rack was recently added when the acorn nut on the rear brake wore a hole through the bottom (two layers) of the saddle bag! I patched the hole with a Rivendell weekend patch...the rear acorn nut is now very shiny.

The 64 cm frame was my first venture "large" frame sizing; I love it. When I purchased a Quickbean I made sure it was also 64 cm.

Thanks for the great site!

Angus Lemon

P. S. I cleaned the bike after taking these photos, and I will rewrap the bars...I promise!
