This is a Surly Karate Monkey that I bought earlier this year. It has a TruVativ Stylo crankset, Avid disc brakes, and Surly disc hubset with WTB Dual Duty rims. I rode it for about a week on a generic headset and it already began to creak and pop. I decided to put out more money and go with the Chris King that I was too cheap to buy in the first place. I haven't had any problems since.

I currently have it geared for the trails (32x17). It handles them nicely and is pretty strong.

I can't believe how many compliments I receive from other bikers, many of whom are riding 2-4 thousand dollar full-suspension bicycles. It's a great bike.
