Hi,

I love the site and was anxious to post one of my project bikes. I hope the pics come out and will re-post when the transformation is complete.

This is an older Rockhopper (04'?) made with Ritchey Logic Nitanium tubing. I picked it up for the ridiculous price of $100, at the local pawn shop.

I swapped out the fork, wheels, brakes and levers, as well as the seat, stem and handlebars! The wheels are LX / Mavic, with XTR Vbrakes and XT levers. The fork is a Kona P2 and the stem is a SIC stem with Easton handlebars and Yeti / ODI lock-on grips. The seat is a nice Specilaized Alias. The cranks are stock and I'm running a 42 x 18 setup. I'm only using the rear derailleur as a tensioner, until I can get a nicer one. I'm also planning to replace the Vbrakes with Ritchey Logic cantis. I'm thinking of keeping the 32 chainring on there too, in case I want to do some hills.
